Koutour Event has six vendor categories: Food, Marketing, Merchandise, Farm to Table, Handmade and Handcrafted.
This is how we identify your application you will need to complete and submit. Whatever option you choose that is what you have been approved to do. Nothing more or less until we receive another application with a different vendor type. You will have to be approved and you will have to submit the required documentation like you did before.
Food Vendors provide food prepared on site and is meant for consumption at the event. Food vendors include but are not limited to lemonade, smoothie, popcorn, funnel cakes, desserts and other meal items for consumption.
A Marketing Vendor advertises their business and collects information from potential customers. They do not sell products at the event.
Merchandise Vendors sell products or services from their booth space.
“Farm-to-table” is a phrase that can mean different things to different people. At its heart, however, “farm-to-table” means that the food on the table came directly from a specific farm, without going through a store, market, or distributor along the way.
In its purest, most honest form, “farm-to-table” means the table is actually at the farm and cooks or chefs prepare and serve the food at the farm.
Handcrafted are items made by hand or using the hands, as opposed to by mass production or using machinery.
**Each handcrafted sculpture is a unique work of art, and no two are exactly the same.**
Handmade are items manufactured by hand
Once you have submitted your application please submit 3 photos of your booth set up at 3 different markets you have participated in and any permits you may need that are required by the city you are vending in. If you do not submit any photos and permits your application will automatically be denied.
