All memberships comes with a 3 day stay with breakfast at the Marriott Courtyard Kingwood and can be used all at once or spread throughout your membership. All KE Member’s need to have their dates ready to go upon payment of membership package. All memberships roll over to the next year’s event’s but only one time.
We will only allow ONE of each direct sales company to participate in the KE Membership no exceptions.
Once you choose your dates you have 48 hrs. to cancel or the date stays the same. After 48 hrs. you will be charged a $20.00 cancellation fee for each day you want to cancel.
All KEMembers have to keep an active credit card on file with Koutour Event. If you use any extra amenities that are not listed in the membership your credit card will be charged. Please download the Credit Card Authorization Form (PDF) and once completed, please email the form to firstname.lastname@example.org.
