All updates, announcements, blog post and information in general can be found on our Facebook page or website .

Due to the number or vendors I have I cannot call you all individually for changes or updates that are made.

What if I purchase a BOOK NOW or VIP but I do not know what markets I want to do ?

Contact Tiffany Parker immediately after you have made your purchase by phone or email. You will need to provide the following information when you call.

1. Your name

2. Business name

3. What you purchased

What to do before you check out on the Koutour Event Square Store.

You need to include the following in the notes section.

1. Your Business name

2. Any request you may have

3. What dates you want to vend at or tell me that you need time to decide and if you do not know I will send you the event calendar. I will follow up with you three times over one week. If I do not hear back from you or your representative I will not try again and you can possibly miss out on the dates you would like.

I will no longer accept messages through parkerscup@gmail.com or parkerscupevents@gmail.com, my private facebook page or comment/questions on the Koutour Event Facebook page.

You will not receive a response from me if you do not go through the proper channels to communicate with me. If you do not follow the directions I will not be able to help you with whatever you may need.

I will send out a newsletter like this one twice a month and everyone who has bought anything from Parker’s Cup or Koutour Event will receive it based off the email that you put at check out.

These newsletters will also be posted on the Koutour Event Facebook Page.
